Christo goes Dutch

Wrapping trees as a form of art used to be reserved for Christo… but you can’t really argue with a guy who photographs the palm trees in his fathers garden… which are wrapped to protect them against frost and not for effects…

I love the light, color tones ¬†and composition of these images by Peter Ainsworth… transforming that backyard palmtree into the focal point of a dutch master painting…
